Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the May 12 meeting were reviewed. Bob Ross moved to approve.
Lance Wang seconded. Without objection the minutes were approved.


ARs:
- Bob Ross to review the BIRD181.2 draft
  - Not done yet.


IBISCHK7 and TSCHK2 executable licenses:
Mike LaBonte showed two documents.  One was a draft IBISCHK7 copyright statement based on
a standard MIT license.  The other was based on BSD, and was specifically for binaries.
Mike recommended adopting the second one for IBISCHK7 and TSCHK2.  Bob Ross said the
main purpose was to allow redistribution.  He said no action should be required for
the user to confirm.  Also it should be readily readable on the website, no software
download necessary.  Bob suggested asking Michael Mirmak to review the text.

AR: Mike LaBonte to seek Intel and SAE ITC review of proposed binary code license


New IBISCHK bugs:
Bob Ross reported there were no new bugs.


TSCHK2 source license sale:
Bob Ross reported SAE ITC had received credit card payment, but that had not yet been
formally reported back to us.  The signed agreement was still needed before software
could be released.


IBISCHK 7.0.2 development:
Bob Ross showed a draft IBISCHK 7.0.2 license agreement document.  This combined text
from the agreements for IBISCHK 6.1.7 and 7.0.1 Randy Wolff shared the same document
for editing.  Formatting changes were made.  Edits were made to the section specifying
applicability across IBIS versions.

AR: Randy Wolff to send edited IBISCHK702 agreement for review
